Operating instructions for Peugeot and Citroen Anti-Theft

Anti-theft password reading
Requirements：
Required devices: SMARTLINK_HT, X431_PRO_V5, X431 PADV_S, SS_IMP301, etc.
Required software: Peugeot, Citroen V10.01 and above
Steps：
The following is a detailed introduction to the operation steps of [Anti-theft Password Reading] and related precautions.
1. Click the logo of 【 Peugeot and Citroen 】 to enter the software, and then select 【Anti-theft Password Reading】, see below:
2. After entering the menu, it displays as shown in Figure 2. If you don’t know the BSI type, it is recommended to select 【Automatic Scan】 mode.
3. Click “OK”, as shown below:
4. After following the prompts, click “OK”, as shown below:
5. Click “OK”, as shown below.
Note: 【Wiper start】 and 【Headlamp ON】 are normal when performing this function for some vehicle models.
6. Click “OK” to start the function, as shown below, the process of logging
in the system will last about 1-2 minutes, please wait patiently.
7. Start to read EEPROM data, this process will last about 1-2 minutes, please wait
patiently, as shown below.
8. After the data is read, the result of the password reading is displayed, as shown
below. It is recommended to take a screenshot to record the Anti-theft
password to facilitate subsequent key matching operations.
