Operation Instructions for Mercedes-Benz W164(2009-) EIS Erasing

Operation guide:
1. After entering the Mercedes-Benz Anti-Theft software, connect it according to the wiring diagram, and click "OK" (as shown in the figure below);
2. Click “ECU Erasing” (as shown in the figure below);
3. Click “Electronic Ignition System (EIS)” (as shown in the figure below);
4. Select the menu according to the actual condition, here click "Operation On The Platform" (as shown in the figure below);
5. Click “Wiring Diagram” (as shown in the figure below);
6. Click “W164(2009-)” (as shown in the figure below);
7. After connecting according to the wiring diagram, click "OK" (as shown in the figure below);
8. Click Back on the navigation bar below (as shown in the figure below);
9. Click “Completely Erase Module” (as shown in the figure below);
10. Click “Automatic Identification” (as shown in the figure below);
11. The type of this EIS is identified, click "OK" (as shown in the figure below);
12. Click "OK" (as shown in the figure below);
13. Click "OK" (as shown in the figure below);
14. Input or drop down to select the calculated 16-digit original key password, and click "Confirm" (as shown in the figure below);
15. Select whether to back up data according to your needs, here select "No" (as shown in the figure below);
16. Click "YES" (as shown in the figure below);
17. Operate according to the prompts (as shown in the figure below);
18. The erasing is completed, click "OK" (as shown below);
19. The information of module after erasing is displayed, and the activation status of EIS is No, click "OK" to complete erasing (as shown in the figure below).
