Function description:

Operation guide for the tire pressure sensor learning function

Tools used:

CRT 511S (This operation takes CRT 511S as an example. For the specific operations about other tire pressure devices of Launch, you can

refer to this method.)

Tested models:

2018 Cadillac XTS

Sensor OE number:

(Schrader) 13598772

Fault description:

The tire pressure lamp on the instrument panel is on, the RL wheel air pressure value is 0 Kpa, but the actual air pressure is normal, as shown in the following figure.

Procedure:

1. Activate the four sensors on the vehicle in sequence according to the corresponding positions, and find that the RL wheel cannot be activated, thereby judging that the RL tire pressure sensor is faulty, as shown in the following figure.

2. Return to the main page and click [Program Sensor]. The device will automatically create a new ID. Install the programmed Launch tire pressure sensor into the RL wheel, as shown in the following figure.

3. Return to the main page and click [Relearn], as shown in the following figure.

4. The device prompts whether to save the activated data. Click [OK] to save it, as shown in the following figure.

5. You can activate the sensor on this page. If you need to modify it, you can reactivate it. After confirming that it is correct, click [OK], as shown in the following figure.

6. The activation information cannot be modified on this page. After confirming that it is correct, click [OK], as shown in the following figure.

7. The device prompts that the sensor has been successfully learned, as shown in the following figure.

8. After successful learning, the tire pressure lamp turns off and the air pressure value is displayed normally, as shown in the following figure.
