Tire Pressure Sensor Learning Operation Guide
Using tools:
CRT 511S (This operation takes CRT 511S as an example, and specific operation methods for other tire pressure equipment of LAUNCH can refer to this method)
Model information:
2018 Buick GL8
Sensor OE number:
(BAOLONG) 26670584
Fault description:
The tire pressure light is on, and the left front wheel
of the instrument panel does not display the air pressure value. (As
shown in the figure below.)
Procedure:
1. Activate the four sensors on the vehicle in sequence according to the
corresponding positions, and it is found that the left rear wheel cannot be
activated. (As shown in the figure below)
2. Reading the ECU ID, it was found that the position of the left front wheel
and the left rear wheel had been swapped, so when the left rear wheel
malfunctioned, the left front display of the instrument panel was abnormal.
(As shown in the figure below)
3. Automatically create a new ID and install the programmed LTR-Sensor
into the left rear wheel. (As shown in the figure below)
4. Return to the main page of the device and select Sensor Learning. Follow
the prompts to proceed to the next step (after entering the learning mode, the
vehicle horn will sound twice, and then each horn sound indicates that the
learning is completed for one round, until the horn will sound twice again
after the learning is completed). (As shown in the figure below)
5. The device indicates that the sensor has successfully learned. (As shown
in the figure below)
6. After successful learning of the sensor, the tire pressure indicator on the
instrument panel turns off and the tire pressure display shows normal. (As
shown in the figure below).
