Tire Pressure Sensor Learning Operation Guide

Using tools:

CRT 511S (This operation takes CRT 511S as an example. For the specific operations about other tire pressure devices of Launch, you can refer to this method.)

Model information:

2018 Jeep Grand Commander

Sensor OE number:

(TRW) 68324960AAs

Fault description:

The instrument tire pressure light is on, and the right rear wheel does not display the air pressure value, as shown in the figure below.

Procedure:

1. Activate the four sensors on the vehicle in sequence, and it is found that the right rear wheel cannot be activated. It is determined that the right rear tire pressure sensor is faulty, as shown in the following figure.

2. Read the ECU ID, and the location is correct. The faulty wheel ID is still stored in the ECU, as shown in the following figure.

3. Select [Program Sensor] and [Copy ID by OBD], as shown in the following figure.

4. Select the right rear wheel and click OK, as shown in the following figure.

5. Place a meta tire pressure sensor near the equipment, and the Progress bar to be programmed reaches 100%, as shown below.

6. Install the programmed LTR-Sensor onto the right rear wheel, as shown in the following figure.

7. After the installation is completed, the road test shows that the tire pressure light is off and the tire pressure value is displayed normally. The fault is resolved, as shown in the following figure.
