SmartSafe ADAS SUBARU North America Impreza 2016 ADAS Radar Calibration

Functional description:


The following situations need to be calibrated


1) Radar sensor is loose or replaced.

2) Loose bumper bracket or replace.

3) Sensor locking bracket is loose or removed.

4) Wheel suspension geometry changes.

5) The rear end inside the front of the vehicle is impacted by an external force.


Precautions


All fault memory entries not related to calibration must have been processed.


Measured model


SUBARU North America Impreza 2016


Operation steps:


1. Select [ADAS] to enter the following interface.




2. Enter the system scanning interface after reading the VIN code.



3. Scan for systems with ADAS function.



4. Click "Blind Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic Alert (Left) (RVDL)".



5.  Click  "Special Function".



6. Click "RADAR Alignment".



7. After satisfying the prompt, click "OK".



8. After satisfying the prompt, click "OK".



9. Park the vehicle according to the diagram and instructions, and click 'OK'.



10. Select the car model that needs radar adjustment.



11. According to the description of the picture and text, locate point a, and click "OK".



12. According to the description of the picture and text, locate point b, and click "OK".



13.  According to the description of the picture and text, locate the target frame placement point c, and click "OK".



14.  According to the description of the picture and text, locate the height of the target placement. Click "OK" to continue.



15. Click "OK" to start the radar adjustment.



16. After the radar adjustment is performed successfully, click "OK".



17.  After turning off the ignition, click "OK" to exit.
