SmartSafe ADAS VW Golf 2021 ACC Radar Dynamic Calibration

Functional description:


Calibration of the ACC radar is required in the following cases:


1) There is a fault code: C110300 – Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor - Misadjusted.

2) The ACC radar of the distance control unit is damaged and has been disassembled and replaced.



Measured model:


2021 Volkswagen Golf, VIN is: WVWZZZCDZMW8****


Preparation:


Regulations in Brazil and Russia do not allow dynamic calibration. Static Calibration should also be selected if traffic or weather problems prevent dynamic calibration. Another technician should operate the diagnostic equipment during calibration. Drivers must not be distracted and follow local traffic rules and regulations for safe driving.


The example model before calibration has the following fault codes:



Operation steps:


1. Automatic identification of model CD Golf 2021 through ADAS Calibration entrance VIN.  Click [Start].



2. Select [ADAS System Selection].



3. Select [13 Distance Regulation], and then click [Guided Functions] on the right.



4. Select [0013-Calibration].



5. Click [Continue/Complete] after reading the information carefully.



6. After turning on the ignition, click [Continue/Complete].



7. Click [Yes] after reading the prompt and operating as required.



8. Select [-2-Dynamic Calibration].



9. Read the tips carefully, and select a suitable environment for dynamic calibration, then click [Continue/Complete].



10. Select [Yes].



11. Select [Continue/Complete].



12. After reading the following tips, operate as required, and then click [Continue/Complete].



13. Click [Continue/Complete] after operating as required.



14. It is being calibrated, please wait for a few minutes (5-10min).



15. Calibration has been successfully completed, click [Continue/Complete].



16. Click [OK ] to print the calibration report information.



17. View the information of the calibration report.



18. Read the fault memory again, there is no fault code: C110300 – Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor - Misadjusted.
