Warranty

Manufacturers’ warranties cover repair or replacement of products that have failed due to faulty workmanship and materials in manufacture. Warranty does not apply to tools that have been misused, altered, abused or badly worn.

In the event of a warranty claim you will need to contact us in the first instance for assistance on 0272321319.  Some products will have warranty information provided with your provided at the time you purchased it otherwise a 1 year warranty applies.

We request that customers retain all sales invoices as proof of purchase. This will enable our staff to handle any claims for repair and warranty in a prompt and efficient manner.
